Set on an impressive 55,000 sq. ft. private property with 165 linear feet of lakefront, this spacious three-story cottage offers an exceptional combination of modern comfort, privacy and nature.
Surrounded by trees and overlooking the lake, the property is filled with natural light and offers a peaceful, private setting with no immediate neighbours. THE COTTAGE
Garden Level
The garden level features three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the third bedroom features one single bunk bed and one double bunk bed.
Large windows throughout the level provide beautiful views of Lake Grenier and the surrounding landscape.
This level also includes a luxurious contemporary bathroom with two vanities and a large glass-enclosed shower.
Main Floor
The main floor is designed for comfortable group living and entertaining.
The spacious dining area features a beautiful handcrafted wooden table with seating for up to 14 guests, making it the perfect place to gather for meals.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances and was designed with group cooking in mind. A generous 3 ft. × 10 ft. lunch counter provides additional seating and workspace.
After a day outdoors, relax in the spacious yet cozy living room, featuring a fireplace and a 60-inch wall-mounted TV.
